How the estimate works
Balatro has 162,417 Steam reviews. Most games sell between 20 and 50 copies for every review, with 30 as a typical ratio, so that range gives the estimate. Revenue multiplies copies by the base price, then takes off average discounts, refunds, sales tax, and Steam's tiered cut.
The estimate covers Steam only. It leaves out other platforms, subscription services, key sales, and bundles, and viral hits often get fewer reviews per copy than the typical ratio.
